The second World Humanoid Robot Games opened on August 22, 2026, at the National Speed Skating Oval in Beijing, featuring over 2,056 robots from 666 teams across 16 countries.
One early highlight, Team Tianzhuo's humanoid robot ran the 100-meter dash in 9.39 seconds during a preliminary race, beating Usain Bolt's human world record of 9.58 seconds!
